Life insurance at a glance

Life insurance benefits from a specific legal and tax framework that makes it an essential ally in the wealth strategy of private investors.

If no withdrawals are made from the contract, the interest earned on the UCITS and the capital gains from arbitrages are not taxed.
In the event of a partial withdrawal, only the interest portion withdrawn is taxed.

The subscriber can choose between a flat-rate withholding tax (degressive according to the age of the contract) or a reintegration into his taxable income.
When the policyholder dies, the beneficiaries named in the contract receive a capital payment outside the framework of legal inheritance, subject to a favourable tax regime.
